1. How long does it take for Refined Styles to deliver products?
We offer free delivery within South Africa, and our estimated delivery time is between 3-4 days from the date of purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paystack as our payment processor, which allows us to accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order by visiting the Aramex page on our website. Simply enter your order number, and you will receive real-time updates on the status and location of your package. We will also provide you with a link to track your order.

•Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team works diligently to process and prepare your sneakers for shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before the shipment is handed over to the courier company.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within South Africa. We do not provide international shipping services. However, we are continuously working to expand our reach in the future.

5. What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or received a defective item, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our "Returns and Exchanges" page for more information on the process.
